18. Compliance with Islamic Sharia and Financial Activity Restrictions

Compliance with Islamic Sharia:
All services provided by Tatwer Invest adhere to Islamic Sharia principles.

We do not engage in any form with:

  • Riba (interest/usury) in any form.

  • Gharar (excessive uncertainty/risk).

  • Maysir (gambling or speculative activities).

  • Any Sharia-prohibited transactions or investments.

Prohibition on Cryptocurrencies and Unregulated Digital Trading:
We do not provide services related to:

  • Cryptocurrency trading (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.).

  • Unlicensed digital trading platforms.

  • Unregulated virtual assets not overseen by approved Sharia and regulatory bodies.

Sharia Oversight:
All our products and services are:

  • Subject to fatwa and supervision by an accredited Sharia board.

  • Clearly disclose the Sharia supervisory authority responsible for reviewing our activities.

Sharia-Compliant Investments:
We ensure all investment opportunities:

  • Comply with Sharia standards (e.g., AAOIFI).

  • Exclude prohibited sectors (e.g., alcohol, pork, forbidden entertainment, unlawful weapons).

Penalties for Violations:
We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend any account suspected of non-Sharia-compliant activities.

  • Cooperate with regulatory and Sharia authorities to report violations.

User Commitment:
By using our services, you:
