Introduction and Scope of the Agreement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">This\u00a0<strong>Services Use Agreement (&#8220;Agreement&#8221;)<\/strong>\u00a0governs the relationship between\u00a0<strong>Tatwer Invest (&#8220;Company,&#8221; &#8220;we,&#8221; &#8220;us&#8221;)<\/strong>\u00a0and you\u00a0<strong>(&#8220;User,&#8221; &#8220;you&#8221;)<\/strong>\u00a0when you use any of our services available through:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">The official website and its applications<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">The Company\u2019s affiliated platforms<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Official communication channels<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Any other means provided by the Company<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>2. Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">By using any of our services, you:<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">a. Acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement<br \/>b. Agree to comply with all terms and conditions<br \/>c. Confirm that you are legally qualified to enter into contracts<br \/>d. Accept the accompanying Privacy Policy<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Eligibility and Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">To be eligible to use our services, you must:<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">a. Be at least 18 years of age<br \/>b. Have full legal capacity<br \/>c. Not be listed on any sanctions lists<br \/>d. Provide accurate and complete information<br \/>e. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. Description of Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Tatwer Invest provides a range of services, including:<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">a. A platform connecting investors with entrepreneurs<br \/>b. Financial and business consulting services<br \/>c. Event and conference organization<br \/>d. Market research and studies<br \/>e. Technical support and training services<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5. Account Creation and Verification<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">a. A personal account must be created to use most services<br \/>b. We verify the identity of all users in accordance with\u00a0<strong>KYC and AML policies<\/strong>\u00a0or by a specialized team<br \/>c. You are responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Maintaining login confidentiality<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">All activities under your account<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Updating information periodically<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>6. Financial Obligations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">a. Some services may require fees, which will be clearly disclosed<br \/>b. All payments are\u00a0<strong>non-refundable<\/strong>\u00a0unless otherwise stated in this Agreement<br \/>c. We may request valid payment information before providing certain services<br \/>d. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees<\/p>\n<h3><strong>7. Content and Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">a. We retain all intellectual property rights to the services and platform<br \/>b. Content you provide remains your property, but you grant us a\u00a0<strong>non-exclusive license<\/strong>\u00a0to use it<br \/>c. You may not:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Copy, modify, or distribute any part of our services<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Reverse-engineer any part of the platform<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Use content for unauthorized purposes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>8. Restrictions and Prohibited Conduct<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">You are prohibited from:<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">a. Using the services for illegal purposes<br \/>b. Violating others\u2019 rights<br \/>c. Damaging or disrupting the platform<br \/>d. Impersonating any person or entity<br \/>e. Automated data collection<br \/>f. Any fraudulent or deceptive activity<\/p>\n<h3><strong>9. Liability and Warranties<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">a. Services are provided\u00a0<strong>&#8220;as is&#8221; and &#8220;as available&#8221;<\/strong><br \/>b. We do not guarantee:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Uninterrupted service<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Accuracy or completeness of any content<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Success of any project or investment<br \/>c. We are only liable for\u00a0<strong>direct damages<\/strong>\u00a0resulting from our negligence<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>10. Indemnification<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any:<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">a. Claims or losses resulting from your use of the services<br \/>b. Violation of this Agreement<br \/>c. Harm caused to a third party<\/p>\n<h3><strong>11. Termination of Service<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">a. You may terminate your account at any time<br \/>b. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">You violate this Agreement<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Fraudulent activity is detected<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">For any other reason we deem appropriate<br \/>c. Certain provisions remain in effect after termination<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>12. Modifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">a. We may update this Agreement periodically<br \/>b. You will be notified of significant changes<br \/>c. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates<\/p>\n<h3><strong>13. Privacy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">a. The\u00a0<strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong>\u00a0governs how your data is processed<br \/>b. By using the services, you consent to data processing in accordance with the Privacy Policy<\/p>\n<h3><strong>14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">a. This Agreement is governed by the laws of\u00a0<strong>[to be determined by the Company\u2019s legal affairs and lawyers, depending on the country and whether there are agents in the dispute jurisdiction]<\/strong><br \/>b. Disputes shall first be referred to\u00a0<strong>amicable arbitration<\/strong><br \/>c. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the\u00a0<strong>exclusive jurisdiction<\/strong>\u00a0of the courts of\u00a0<strong>[to be determined by the Company\u2019s legal affairs and lawyers, depending on the country and whether there are agents in the dispute jurisdiction]<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>15. General Provisions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">a. If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement remains valid<br \/>b. This Agreement does not constitute a partnership or agency<br \/>c. Waiver of any right does not imply waiver of other rights<br \/>d. This Agreement represents the\u00a0<strong>complete agreement<\/strong>\u00a0between the parties<\/p>\n<h3><strong>16. Any other subsidiary policies<\/p>\n<h3><strong>18. Compliance with Islamic Sharia and Financial Activity Restrictions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Article [18]: Commitment to Islamic Sharia Principles and Restrictions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Compliance with Islamic Sharia:<\/strong><br \/>All services provided by\u00a0<strong>Tatwer Invest<\/strong>\u00a0adhere to\u00a0<strong>Islamic Sharia principles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">We\u00a0<strong>do not engage<\/strong>\u00a0in any form with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Riba (interest\/usury)<\/strong>\u00a0in any form.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Gharar (excessive uncertainty\/risk)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Maysir (gambling or speculative activities)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Any\u00a0<strong>Sharia-prohibited transactions or investments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Prohibition on Cryptocurrencies and Unregulated Digital Trading:<\/strong><br \/>We\u00a0<strong>do not provide<\/strong>\u00a0services related to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Cryptocurrency trading (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Unlicensed digital trading platforms<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Unregulated virtual assets not overseen by approved Sharia and regulatory bodies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Sharia Oversight:<\/strong><br \/>All our products and services are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Subject to\u00a0<strong>fatwa and supervision by an accredited Sharia board<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Clearly disclose the\u00a0<strong>Sharia supervisory authority<\/strong>\u00a0responsible for reviewing our activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Sharia-Compliant Investments:<\/strong><br \/>We ensure all investment opportunities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Comply with\u00a0<strong>Sharia standards (e.g., AAOIFI)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Exclude\u00a0<strong>prohibited sectors (e.g., alcohol, pork, forbidden entertainment, unlawful weapons)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Penalties for Violations:<\/strong><br \/>We reserve the right to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Suspend any account<\/strong>\u00a0suspected of non-Sharia-compliant activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Cooperate with regulatory and Sharia authorities<\/strong>\u00a0to report violations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>User Commitment:<\/strong><br \/>By using our services, you:<br \/>\u2705\u00a0<strong>Acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.<\/strong><br \/>\u2705\u00a0<strong>Commit not to use the platform for any Sharia-non-compliant purposes.<\/strong><br \/>\u2705\u00a0<strong>Agree that violations may result in account suspension and legal action.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>19. Effective Date<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">This Agreement comes into effect as of\u00a0<strong>[01\/06\/2025]<\/strong>\u00a0and supersedes all prior agreements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>By using Tatwer Invest\u2019s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
